Fraudulent Use of the Transfrexa Brand
Transfrexa Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and Transfrexa Lanka Freight Forwarding (Pvt) Ltd have been made aware of attempts to defraud members of the public via the unauthorized use of the Transfrexa name and brand via telephone communications and graphics. In most cases, the communications concern the sale of goods where payment may be requested before the goods are delivered, and a fake invoice containing the Transfrexa name is provided to collect payment.
Please note that Transfrexa does not request from members of the public, via unsolicited mail, text, or email, payment or personal information in return for goods in transit or in Transfrexa’ custody. Do not reply or cooperate with the sender if you receive any of these or similar communications. If your interaction with the sender resulted in financial loss, you should immediately contact your bank and/or make a police report.
