Transfrexa would like to provide an update on the Global IT Outage caused by the cybersecurity software firm CrowdStrike. Due to a software update, some Windows systems crashed and display a blue screen, commonly known as the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). CrowdStrike has since released a fix and the situation is improving.
We would like to assure you that Transfrexa does not use CrowdStrike and has taken preventive measures to protect our services from any disruption.
We understand that some of our customers or your vendors and suppliers may have experienced difficulties and we are ready to render our utmost support.
